Very efficient and helpful - great communication

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bishopsgate Law for the sale of my current property, and the purchase of a new one.

Despite the many challenges experienced along the way with chains falling through a few times (through no fault of mine or Bishopsgate Law) the team looking after me (Yana Cox and Claire Ryles) took it all in their stride and remained patient, friendly, and helpful throughout. The sheer speed I received each reply to any questions massively impressed me throughout also.

I was consistently made to feel like their most valued client, which really helped to take the stress out of the whole legal process.

I was also impressed by the fact that even if Yana or Claire were out of the office, those standing in for them, and assisting them (Pak-ka Yeung, Jo Babland, and Janine Prescott) were just as quick at responding and providing helpful assistance.

I would not hesitate in recommending Bishopgate Law’s services to anyone, and would certainly use them again in the future!

Just avoid!

Had the same issue for over 6 months. Keep getting told it’s resolved, but it’s not.

Three have admitted there is a fault, and keep telling me it’s fixed, but low and behold just hours later it’s back again.

I have tried multiple devices, multiple SIMs, and also multiple areas and the same issue is consistent in all (I cannot access internet services).

There is absolutely no will to resolve my issue. ‘Customer care’ just cut you off because they don’t want to deal with it, meanwhile I’m paying full price, and have been given no compensation or apology. I have tried to cancel my contract due to not receiving the services I am paying for, but they keep insiting I am in the wrong and should pay the cancellation fees despite admitting there are faults with their systems causing my issue.


They won’t even send me the deadlock letter for the Ombudsman as they keep trying to raise it as a new issue each time!

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend to anyone, and certainly won’t ever be renewing or using any network that uses their services.
