Happy and recommended
I’m surprised by the 1 star reviews. I’ve ordered twice from Mikuta and am happy with the products and service. I live in Australia. Within my orders I have returned items and also had to contact customer service about the 2nd order which was a picking error during the Black Friday sales. Customer service was responsive and helpful and I had no issues with returns and happy with the resolution and process. I don’t expect businesses to have the customer service teams or resources of Amazon so I accept that I pay for returns (I got free shipping for the order in the first place and this costs the business) and appreciate that I can get a human response within 24-48 hours (over an ai bot response which is the worst. I also understand time zone differences may affect response times). I love the products and will be ordering again in the future. Thanks!
