There was nothing wrong with the purchase experience but rather have issues with the stamp itself. Even after I followed the instructions, the stamp is either blurry or partial- never clear on the golf ball.

Not only was the desk exactly what I was looking for, the customer service was amazing. I know things happen as I had two issues with the desk. I was able to reach customer service, provide evidence of the defective parts and the new parts were shipped out in less than 3 days. That assurance is worth gold when you are paying a lot of money for a product.
