I would like to share my disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip in the last 5-6 days regarding a ticket booking issue.

Despite the payment being deducted, the booking did not get confirmed. Since then, I have been facing endless delays and excuses from their customer service team regarding refunds. Their refund process seems archaic and unnecessarily long, which adds to the frustration.

According to some insider information I got, MakeMyTrip does this deliberately so that customers' money can be used for short-term gains. This is extremely unethical and unfair to customers.

My advice to everyone: Think twice before using MakeMyTrip for flight or hotel bookings. It is not advisable to trust it, especially when better and more transparent options are available.
