Some problems which were mine honestly. Customer service responded to emails within minutes and fixed two different things that I did wrong,kindly and without charge. Can’t say enough nice things about this company and the way they operate in this world. It is a rarity and much appreciated. The Retro Viewer itself made the most perfect Christmas present and delighted my son. I would not hesitate to order from this company again, and would encourage others to buy from them.
