I was asked to change my review. So we just keep it factual i was set up my two people first the operator then the Barrister. Sch teacher was assaulted, Barristered profile claims to know health and safety once talking to HIM it didnt have a clue just sat and look end the cool after 30mins beware of fix rate dont do it. Use AI before this company I promise you.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service provided. If you would like me to look into the matter for you, please follow our complaints procedure. This was provided to you in an email from the barrister last week.
I must clarify that when you book a barrister for a call, the time paid for includes the time the barrister must spending reading any papers you provide and carrying out any relevant research in order to advise you.
The barrister in your case did offer you a further call at no extra cost as he wanted to support you, but this offer was not taken up.
I'll wait to hear from you regarding your complaint so I can fully investigate the circumstances and provide you with a full response.
