Generally professional experience
Had to ring them after stated - if no contact by certain date for appointment , on first email received, as heard nothing. Given appointment quickly and process went well. Physiotherapist very nice, and very polite. Very soft voice and accent so sometimes hard to understand. But no big issue. After all sessions completed still an issue with injury so was informed referral letter would done, for Doctor to action.
No contact or letter after about 3 weeks so contacted Ann Physiocare who emailed letter to me within 2 hours. Not sure of reason for delay. Overall very good experience, just felt had to chase for communication at times
