Disappointing Experience
I decided to take the initiative and fund my own training rather than wait for my company to arrange it. During the enquiry and payment process, communication was excellent — as you'd expect. I booked my Level 6 NVQ for £1,800.
Unfortunately, everything went downhill after payment. Communication and organisation have been extremely poor. The assessor failed to show up for the scheduled induction, and I’ve received no response to my emails. I’ve also sent text messages and used the provider’s portal to get in touch — still nothing.
I’ve completely lost confidence in this provider. Given the amount I’ve paid, I’m now seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
Update from Jane Johnson:
According to the terms and conditions, I’m not eligible for a refund. Sadly, I expected this kind of inflexible response, but I’m committed to leaving an honest review. I’ve called, emailed from both personal and work addresses, messaged repeatedly on the portal, shared my personal number, and even texted the assessor, Roger — with no reply. 
I tried to call immediately after Jane’s email, only to be told she was conveniently taking a half day and that no other senior staff member was available to assist me. Customer service at its finest.
