If only I could give zero stars! I filled out a pre-appointment symptoms form that only allowed me to identify one symptom when I had five distinct symptoms. I then waited for 20 minutes on the mobile app to speak with a doctor. I listed two symptoms. I was mid sentence describing a third symptom when the doctor interrupted me to say that I had a viral sinus infection, recommended Flonase, and hung up the call without warning. Doctor on Demand immediately charged me $99. I tried to reach out to customer service only to discover that it is an AI chatbot. This is an absolute scam and everyone associated with this company should be ashamed of themselves.
