My experience was very rewarding :)
After receiving a defective product (gift to daughter), she contacted them to ask for a repair advice.
They replied promptly, sent her two new amazing slimes right away and free of charge. Aside from the formality, the bottom line was that my daughter saw that mistakes are made and when communicated with honesty and good intentions, mistakes can and do get corrected!
