The shipping time was long
The shipping time was long, however, my products did arrive. Jennifer with customer service responded to my email requests asking for my products. I am aware that busy seasons can be chaotic and also shipping companies can have internal issues such as when employees go on strike. I’m not sure what all happened to delay my gifts, but I am satisfied with my purchases. The wallet arrived before the satchel/purse but it arrived personalized. I paid extra for it and I erroneously thought the wallet would be personalized as well. If I order again, I’d like to have both wallet and satchel personalized. I ordered November 20 and both items were in my possession December 26. I am glad that I got a response from Jennifer and that I received my order.
