Like many others, I made an order based on the advertised '10-14 work days' delivery. Well, after more 2 months I received 1 piece that was scratched. The other piece I ordered?, who knows. They don't reply to my e-mails.
So in summary, a complete nightmare, if they posted their real deadlines, they wouldn't make a single sale and would long be out of business. I rarely make reviews but hoping this will save someone a lot of hassle, and raise awareness to bring these scammers a bit closer to shutting down.

Update: 24/06/2025

After 5 months to the day (yes, months) I received the 2nd piece, of course damaged in multiple places. When I said damaged I don't mean with small scratches, I mean literally with ripped pieces of laminate and deformed edges. Absolutely shocking.

Encomendei um livro de Anatomia para a minha filha. O livro supostamente encontrava-se em stock. No dia que era suposto chegar, recebi um email a dizer que afinal ainda estavam a espera que a editora enviasse. Agora como é que ela vai estudar para o exame?
Cada vez mais vejo este padrão de lojas online indicarem artigos em stock que afinal depois não estão e depois inclusive dificultam a obtenção do reembolso. Aparentemente a Bertrand também aderiu a este esquema.
