AVOID ALDEN & ASH; rip-off

2 pairs of trousers and the fit is awful; they're baggy and very little stretch. Getting a refund is a nightmare because they are are doing everything they can to stop me returning the trousers; 10% off, then 25% off, now 35% off and no post code and no phone number for the form for the returns parcel back to China.

Fantastic customer service; thank you

The brand is great and the clothes are superb but the customer service is even better; i made a mistake but the team were superb (thank you Becky) and sorted out the refund and the issue quickly.

Mistakes, poor customers service, additional charges

Mistakes in the booking, asked to call a help line that was always busy and then eventually useless; then got charged an additional amount because of the mistakes they made setting up the insurance.
Avoid.

Disgraceful service from UPS

Absolutely disgraceful service from parcel hero and UPS. Firstly the parcel wasn't collected on the day I was told it would be collected on which I had to wait in from 08:00 - 18:00. Then I had to rebook collection myself after no communication from UPS or parcel hero. It was then collected but after I had to wait 5 days but now 8 days after pick-up and delivery I get an additional charge of £50 stating it was larger than submitted which is a complete lie. To get any refund of this extra £50 I have to submit photographs of the package with tape measure next to it which I didn't do because it was well within the allowed dimensions. This is disgraceful from UPS and disgraceful from Parcel hero for allowing this to just happen to their customers. I will never use either service again.
Avoid these 2 companies.
