No quality control, terrible service
The image generator was not working for the one image my son wanted, so I waited a few days, but it still wasnt working, and I wanted to get it for him for christmas so I went ahead and bought it thinking they had quality control and would see that the image was not right (his head was not pasted in the background and not on on the actual figure). They did not even look at it and mailed the incorrect image and are now refusing a reprint or a refund. My son is devastated.
