Customer Service appears to be non-existant
I have no quarrel with the clothes, they are beautifully made, but Customer Service appears to be non-existant - no reply to my two emails about a request to cancel a duplicate order made in error.
To explain:
On 28 September I was sent a reminder about items left in my basket. I thought I had gone back to check them out and pay for them but my bank account didn't appear to have any confirmation of this. Thinking I must have been mistaken, I went ahead and put the order through.
I then saw on my bank statement a payment made to Buykud on 27 September and another on 28 September.
There was no reply from Buykud to my request to cancel one of these orders, made in error.
The first order arrived but no refund offered for the second one. Days later I wrote to request a refund. No reply. Today the second order arrived.
I will not be returning these items because of the postal expense and the uncertainty that a refund will be forthcoming.
Buykud offer beautiful, unusual clothes but are sadly let down by their 'Customer Service'.

Buykud, thank you for responding to this. My first email was in reply to one of your reminders that I still had items left in my basket: I just hit reply. My second one was to 'service at buykud.com'. (Trustpilot doesn't allow actual email addresses in reviews.)
