We are having an ongoing dispute with SCS
Thank you for your response, but as per usual, SCS are fully of false promises, guess what no one contacted us, your lack of communication and after care is what has lead to this, we are extremely angry and frustrated that we have heard nothing regarding a full refund and the collection of the sofa. We need someone to contact us urgently to get this matter resolved and we want a call from your Head Office not the showroom, someone with authority to sort this before it escalates to court action.
We are having an ongoing dispute with SCS that has been ongoing for over a year with our replacement sofa. Our first order was wrong (ordered 26/08/23) so it was replaced, I refused delivery of the 2nd order because of the material, was then contacted by the manager to take delivery so they could take the other one away which I agreed so long as he put it in a email that it would not I impact on getting it resolved. It has now been over a year with sending emails, phone calls and visiting the showroom, we finally thought we were getting somewhere with making a re-selection to hearing nothing, it never got put through, tried again this time they wanted us to pay an additional £ 1000. We told them we were not prepared to pay another penny and want a full refund that was a few weeks ago and we are still waiting for someone to contact us. They are a company that once they have your money they have no interest in looking into any complaint you have. The customer services are a waste of time you can never get through and when you do they promise someone will call you back, completely laughable. My partner and I will not be giving up until we are fully refunded. If anyone is thinking of buying from them think again. Date of experience actually goes back to May 24.
