Still waiting…
As of right now I can only give this a 3 because of the lack of knowing when my product will be shipped. I have read several reviews and it seems like the company is responding saying that most items take 20-25 days to be shipped. However, on their site it said 7-10 business days and they put "including weekends" which makes you think that they will diligently work to send you the item. But now that I see most people did not receive their items even after 20-25 days I will not bank on this to come before Christmas. I don't mind waiting for a product. It would just make more sense to be transparent with that so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. At least somewhere at checkout it should say 20-25 days instead of it being said under customer's reviews.
