Servizio tecnico pessimo

Servizio tecnico pessimo. Dopo una gestione lentissima e scortese, mi hanno costretto a compilare due volte il modulo per lo sblocco IMEI. Dopo mesi di attesa, i tecnici mi comunicano che il telefono è stato sbloccato, ma in realtà risulta ancora bloccato perché non hanno aggiornato le banche dati. Un iPhone nuovo inutilizzabile da oltre 5 mesi a causa loro.

Scam?

I ordered a hanger more than one month ago. It arrived with the wrong parts and it was ruined. I asked to the customer center of westwing and jan kurtz to send me the right part, and the part that was ruined. They said they will send the parts in few time. After almost two monts, only a piece of the two that I ordered arrived. It’s so disappointing and time wasting. I will report it to police because I’m starting to think that westwing an jan kurtz are scamming me.

Delusione

Acquistato greeen irish tweed 100ml da rivenditore ufficiale a fine ottobre 2024. Avevo ancora un flacone acquistato nel 2020 da finire.
Performance più che dimezzate rispetto alla versione precedente. Leggermente diverso anche il profumo
Dopo circa un'ora svanisce, mentre se indosso quello del 2020 la durata è di circa 10 ore (fatto la prova per confronto)
Non acquistatelo più creed è molto peggiorato da quando è stato rileavato da Kering Beauté.
