Complete scam artists, ordered suit trousers stupidly without reading the reviews, contacted before tracking updated to request a refund as I no longer wanted the item (states 30 day cancellation and right to refund on their site) they ignored my emails until tracking had updated (over a week later). Item now says delivered yet I never received. They’re now refusing any refund without a return, saying that I have to contact the local courier to try and find it and they won’t refund until it’s found? Baring in mind it was supposedly delivered almost 2 weeks ago? They just keep avoiding refunding me or any solution at all.

**UPDATE** emailed several times about a refund now only for my request to be ignored completely- they email back completely disregarding my request!!**
Ordered on the 9th (#13006) to be told 5-7 days delivery. My tracking came up almost instantly with a dead link. I then had several emails stating different things- it was about to be shipped, it has been shipped 5-7 days, then one stating it’s with my local courier and to expect in ‘the next few days’ to only receive another the following day saying ‘it’s about to be shipped’ again and back to 5-7 days. Holiday season delays are one thing but I can only fear I’m getting the complete run-a-round here. For a company that has their customers believe is in the UK it’s clear they’re products are coming from China which should be clearly stated as I’m sure myself and all the other 1 star reviews wouldn’t of purchased!
Asked for a refund and they completely ignored the request to go onto say it’s in transit and will be 5-9 days! Keeps getting longer. Doubt it’ll ever turn up. AVOID.
