Review of A Pup Above

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

They spam me with their emails I didn't sign up for and won't stop.

They spam me with their emails. I never signed up for them just randomly started getting them. I used their unsubscribe link and said it was successful yet continue to get their emails. I reached out to them to tell them to stop spamming me with their emails and they "claim" they "attempted" to remove my email address from their email list but here we are, a month later and I am STILL getting them. Why would I ever bother ordering from a company that spams with emails I didn't sign up for and pretend they do it but clearly they don't.

Review of Ruggable USA

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I have a dozen of their rugs

I have a dozen of their rugs. I got them some years ago now. They looked great...sadly, within just a few months, they eventually curled up at the corners, making it a terrible tripping hazard (and ugly!!) and although the rugs are machine washable, the pads are not and it is the pads that collect all the dirt but especially ALL THE DOG HAIR! I have tried everything to get my dog's hair out of those darn pads (white fur on black pads...not good!!) and they just don't budge. Some of the rugs also drop a bunch of black stuff which gets everywhere (floor, dryer, etc), it must be the backing of a rug or rug pad, like it is disintegrating or something?? I have read similar complaints from others so I know mine aren't the only ones. I paid a lot for those darn rugs and pads and now they sit in the spare bedroom in a pile. Between the tripping hazard, dropping black stuff everywhere and dog hair attracting pads, they have become more frustration than they are worth. A very expensive experience and mistake.

Review of Chewy.com

Great store and excellent customer service.

We've been using Chewy for years. They have a great selection of items for reasonable prices (much better than brick and mortar stores) and their customer service is one of the best out there.

Review of Real Mushrooms

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great products, very happy with this company!

I have tried other mushroom products but this one by far is the best one I've used. We have been using Real Mushrooms for several years now and even my dogs get the 5 defenders, Lion's mane and additional Turkey tail if/when necessary (like when my pup was fighting cancer). My only disappointment is the horrible packaging for the powder versions that I was using for my dogs. Very difficult to get it all out and very messy. I no longer buy the powder version in the pouch because of it and just open up the capsules. I (and others) have complained about it but they don't seem to care. My dogs also don't like the Daily Dawg supplement, and one actually threw up whenever I gave it to him. Not sure why but we will just stick to the mushrooms we know work. The customer service is always friendly and helpful too.

Review of Qunol

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

FRUSTRATING Customer service, inaccurate information on their website and CS reps never answer the CS phone!

I have purchased their products for years but always through Costco and other stores. This was my first experience ordering through their company's website. BEFORE I placed an order, I asked if their liquid Turmeric really did not include the ingredient erythritol because their website does not show it in the detail portion of the ingredient list but their version of this product at Costco includes it. Our cardiologists said to avoid this ingredient now because recent studies are showing it actually can increase heart attacks and strokes. Since Qunol's website didn't show it in their version, I emailed to be sure and they did reply that their website ingredient list is accurate and I asked why then does their product at Costco contain the ingredient and they said sometimes big box stores request different ingredients. So, because I confirmed that their listing was accurate, that the ingredient is not listed, I placed an order. I bought 3. Well, the items arrive and sure enough, just like the Costco version, it actually DOES contain erythritol! I immediately contacted customer service, including the screenshots of the listing on their website and our email thread and I asked them for a return label since they gave me inaccurate information about their product and they told me I have to pay for return shipping!! I emailed several times back and forth and tried calling three times, pointing out that it was THEIR fault since they gave me erroneous information and I specifically clarified before ordering and they still insisted I have to pay for return shipping. I finally got my lawyer involved who clearly pointed out by my screenshots and emails with them, they were in the wrong here. They FINALLY relented and issued me credit for the 3 bottles. No apology, of course, and they still to this day, weeks later, never have updated their details on the item listing showing it contains erythritol so they clearly are being deceptive and untruthful and those customers avoiding this ingredient should be aware of this! By the way, I tried calling their customer service phone number 3 times total, during their CS hours and was first placed on hold for several minutes and then it just goes to voicemail, making you leave a VM but they never once returned my phone calls. Who has CS that never answers the phone during business hours?? AND I had to write several emails because they do their best to avoid your emails and avoid writing you back. Worst CS experience ever, deceptive ingredients list on their website...after this experience, I will no longer purchase their products, even at other stores, because a company like this cannot be trusted. There are too may other companies out there that make just as good products. They could have kept me as a customer had they just done the right thing in the first place since they clearly were in the wrong and I did my due diligence before buying the product but instead they put me through ringer first. JUST DO THE RIGHT THING!! And, again, by not updating their website STILL says a lot about how little they care about their customers and are trying to hide ingredients.
