Surprisingly

Surprisingly, BEARFOOT reached out to me, to track my shipment of January 2025. It appears the courier lost the package, and they are willing to send me a new order of the item and also a refund for my inconvenience. This is great customer service for BEARFOOT to reach out to me.

Bearfoot replied back to me after I had posted the initial review on Trustpilot, I believe. My Order was placed on: Jan.14,2025 and they finally gave me the DHL information. It still has not arrived into Toronto, Ontario, Canada as of today: Jan. 22, 2025, and DHL wants me to contact Bearfoot. I have ordered the same Toe Spacers from OR and it arrived in 3 days. Bearfoot shows they are located in IL from the DHL tracking. I hope I get my product soon.

Jenny, we are glad that we were able to resolve this for you. The initial order never arrived due to being lost by DHL, which we have no control over. We have shipped a new order and refunded the original order. Glad we could resolve this for you, we never intended for this to get lost. Thanks!

I hope this online store is not a…

I hope this online store is not a fraud. There is no phone number to call. I have emailed them twice asking about the dispatch about my Order, and the past 2 days, this is what I keep getting, in reply:Thank you for reaching out to us. I want to confirm that we have received your message regarding your order status. I understand your concern and appreciate your patience.

"Please rest assured that someone from our support team will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to provide you with an update."

Let's see what happens for the rest of this week, before I have to call my credit card company to report fraud.

did NOT receive a "THANK YOU NOTE"

did NOT receive a "THANK YOU NOTE". And, I do not want not receiving this "THANK YOU NOTE" to hinder my FULL MONETARY REFUND.

Your website's Return Policy also DOES NOT have this "THANK YOU NOTE". Here is what your website says:

Please make sure the items are in their original packaging, in good working condition, don't have visible signs of use, and all the manuals and other accessories are included in your return.

Please advise as soon as possible, as this Return Process is by far the most complicated one I have had to deal with buying items online.

Thank you for TRUSTPILOT for TREATMEDY to get back to me a whole lot sooner than before. Which took almost one week.

I am never buying from FACEBOOK again

I am never buying from FACEBOOK again. TREATMEDY just keeps extending their Guarantee when I want a FULL MONETARY REFUND. I have had surgery and I have explained to TREATMEDY that their bunion product does not surpass my custom-made splint. Yet, TREATMEDY just keeps emailing me on extending their Guarantee for a monetary refund. Now I have to spend time on getting my credit card company involved. And, why is there no direct contact number to reach their customer service? Is this company a fraud?
