I ordered a part for my faucet and they shipped me the part, but it was the wrong color. So I called to ask how I can ship it back and I was able to source the correct part locally to get my refund. Not only did they make me pay for shipping, but then they also charged me a $15 restocking fee for a part that was never taken out of the box. Honestly, I probably would never order from them again. Even after calling Customer Service, they did not help me at all. I was surprised that such a large company like theirs didn’t even cover shipping back.
