Esim wasn't working at first
Esim wasn't working at first. The qrcode they sent me via email wouldn't activate. I contacted support via WhatsApp. Immediately they corrected the situation with another qrcode that worked first try.
The roaming and data didn't set up automatically at first. I contact support again and Laura was able to walk me through the steps to set up the data that got me on 5g in only a few short minutes of troubleshooting.
