Deceptive marketing to attract customers
Contactsdirect (CD) offers 20% cashback on purchases via topcashback.com (TCB) (click on the link, designed to drive customer traffic to websites). The last several times, I have never received the cashback and CD claims the purchase never tracked. TCB looked into it and that was CD's response. TCB knows CD is not honest and has a warning under CD (and no other retailer): "Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback." Not an honest business practice by CD. This happened for orders on 7/17/24 and 11/7/24. Total cashback expected was $87.
