The physicians seem fine , but when there is an issue, the technical support was useless. I needed a prescription transferred and they could only tell me they made a report. No timeline , no follow up or updates on a time sensitive prescription. I found it frustrating to have my treatment delayed indefinitely while my symptoms continued to worsen.
I suspect there are not enough support staff.
