I recently worked with Whitegates Barnsley for selling and purchasing a property. The team, including Will, Sarah, and Steve, were professional, friendly, and efficient, helping us navigate through a challenging time. They managed to sell our house quickly, which was impressive. However, the conveyancing process recommended by Whitegates was frustratingly slow, dragging on for months with unclear updates. While the team itself was supportive, the drawn-out and confusing conveyancing left me somewhat disappointed. Overall, a mix of great personal service but hindered by process delays.
