If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I’ve tried to cancel and get a refund all week as firstly they couldn’t find my email and I never received a confirmation so after 4 days, I stated that I wanted a refund. They kept pushing and now they’re refusing a refund because they’ve stated that they’ve sent it within 24 hours, which is a lie because it’s actually over 7 days later that I’ve received a confirmation so still not received the actual product.
Also be aware they’ve always got offers on but they’re always the same price!

The first customer advisor I spoke to…

The first customer advisor I spoke to was really supportive and helpful but the second customer advisor’s tone sounded inpatient and like I was an inconvenience to him. So much so, that I wanted to end that call.
