A timely call from out of the blue

Just about to sort out a new energy contract for our warehouse when I received a call 'out of the blue from Sonia. I am often suspicious when this happens but her explanation for the call started to allay them.
I said I would email her with times when we could chat as I didn't have the necessary paperwork to view.
I set times almost two weeks from our initial conversation and Sonia didn't remind me once about my commitment. I appreciated her taking this stance.
Eventually got a call back from Zameer at the agreed time and again had a good explanation why he was phoning me in place of Sonia.
He ran through some deals with me with various contract lengths. really pleasantly surprised that we could secure such a long term. Zameer's offer has more halved our electricity bill.
He was also very good at responding to my contract queries when I read it. His patience was also to be applauded.
Had another contract up for renewal soon so did that one too in a matter of minutes.
Great service from Sonia and Zameer at Cobana.
Would recommend them to other businesses in our sector.

Quick response

Quick response. Not left hanging on the line too long. Able to make the necessary changes to our account readily and then confirm to me the changes made. Very reassuring

Tracking issues

I liked the timely emails from Interparcel. However getting more precise tracking details of the delivery from the courier was not possible so your emails were not really fruitful.
I was struggling to see the relevance of your involvement in the process for me as I couldn't convey any delivery preferences to the courier you, I presume, had selected.
