Software Developer jobs need more granularity and make it searchable.
When it comes to Software Developers, the target platform for code written should be an absolute requirement in the job listing. (I.e. Windows Server/Desktop, Linux, z/OS, etc...) It makes a big difference in what people meet qualifications for. Furthermore, it should be searchable and capable of being filtered.
