Terrible Service

I placed an order on **November 17th** (Order #EGOD100095371), and I’m still waiting with **no updates or responses**. I’ve emailed multiple times, left messages on their website, and received absolutely **no reply**. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable.

At this point, I’m done waiting and will be **disputing the charge through my bank** to get my money back. Egadgets has been a huge disappointment, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
