Worthless App & technical support
I have a terrible sinus infection and feel miserable. I live remote so this is my best option. I have used the app previously with no issues but after an app update a few weeks ago it won’t let me sign in to see a provider. The support service moved my issue up to urgent but still not working 2 days later. This kind of non service is completely unacceptable. Not sure why my insurance has this worthless app as an option because it is terrible!!
