I have had a good experience but I have one bit of feedback. I am profoundly deaf and so I am unable to phone RAC. I wanted to download the RAC app so that if I have a breakdown I am able to contact RAC digitally via the app, but it seem that because my breakdown cover with RAC is under my insurance with Zenith I am unable to have access to that app. If you are able to fix this issue so that I can have access to the RAC app that would be great.
