High fees even for low transactions such as up to 10 dollars with fees in the high 20%?? Verification also has so much issue and bugs that it makes the user experience so bad and unpleasant. Support is almost non existent with fake wait times and reaching in the hours just to get one lmao

Recommend looking at other payment apps.

Bad experience. Bad support who uses automated replies and copy paste and do not get stuff done. Even simple things such as signing up has so many bugs which they fail to acknowledge and solved.
If i could give 0 stars i would, its that bad. Its as if management is run by 5 year olds, support team by robots and HR by 70 year olds.
Take my advice and do not deal with them or interact with them.
