Delivery was quick, the products were as advertised and I’m comfortable with the price point. Buying packing materials doesn’t need to be a 10/10 experience with loads of bells and whistles and to add anything to upsell would likely be detrimental to the experience. UI improvements could maybe be made when displaying large lists such as in the e-commerce box sizes.
