"I was unfairly charged a storage fee…

"I was unfairly charged a storage fee despite paying in full (including shipping) on the same day. Any delays were beyond my control and should have been the company’s responsibility. Extremely disappointed with this lack of accountability and poor customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately."

We understand your frustration regarding the storage fee charged, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While you completed payment on the day of purchase, unfortunately, our transportation scheduling depends on the availability of appointment slots for our drivers. This can occasionally lead to delays outside our immediate control.

As outlined in our transport quote email, we strive to pick up vehicles as promptly as possible. However, any storage fees incurred before the 6th business day after your vehicle is ready for pickup—which includes confirmation of payment, completion of all necessary paperwork, and delivery of the vehicle to the auction site (applicable only to offsite vehicle sales)—are the responsibility of the purchaser. Storage fees incurred from the 6th business day onward are covered by us.
