Shopping in Burford
Was a little apprehensive goi g into the store but was greeted warmly by the team in Burford. After looking for a short while l was asked if l needed any help by Karen , after choosing a few pairs, off Karen went and shortly after returned with my size . Karen helped me put my shoes on , l have mobility problems , and was extremely patient with me , explaining all the good points as well as the not so good .Being new to the store Karen wasn’t 100% sure on some of my questions but soon asked for clarification from her male Colleague Richard . Both were very knowledgeable and totally professional throughout my whole time in store . Well done Karen , l hope you go far with the company ……. You were and are exceptional . What an asset to the company.
