The company has taken a downwirl spiral when it comes to customer service. I seen in a few posts where other customers were dealing with the same lack of response/ none from Ben, so I wanted to share my experience also. I have been a customer of Ben since 2019, and the customer service was not super great or fast even then, but at least he actually responded. Now when you order his products, after you paid for your order, you get a confirmation email stating that said product: Will not be available for two or three months later, and if you can't wait, email him for a full refund.
To me that is something that should have clearly been stated before, and not after the fact, furthermore, it's like Ben doesn't want to be bothered by answering basic questions about your order now. I literally left feedback for Ben on how he could approve, he didn't acknowledge it. I literally email Ben five or six times trying to ask him something, each time was when he failed to respond to the previous email. And after the last one, the fifth or sixth, he didn't respond to none of them.
Finally I just asked him for a refund and he responded almost immediately. Which left me kind of confused because it made me feel like, he just didn't want to ship me anything in the first place. I actually sent him a email about this, regarding rather he wanted me in the future placing any more orders, but to no surprise he failed to respond to that email also.
When it's all said and done, for all the times I had to email this dude, which was like 15 times in all. It's just not worth going through such a hassle for someone that you are conducting a business transaction with, that makes you feel like you are not valued whatsoever. And like I said above I have been a customer since 2019, but after this not anymore, and it doesn't matter how cool the product is rather it's a Folding Skateboard or a Jetpack. If I'm spending my money on something I want to feel valued and acknowledged, this is literally business 101, but I guess Ben didn't get the memo!
If I'm just going to be constantly ignored I can literally take my money and business elsewhere and indeed I will! But I'm sure Ben as he is reading this will shrug at this and say he doesn't care, but that is the whole reason Ben I'm not buying anything from you anymore and why I'm writing this review, and it's because you don't care!
So to conclude don't buy anything from this dude and if you do, just don't expect any quality customer service from Ben whatsoever, and don't have any hopes about receiving your board at a particular time or at all.
