I love your clothes, but I'm still waiting on the delivery.
The order is confirmed on September 12th and on your site the bot gives feedback over your warehouse problems.
But I haven't heard anything from you about my order. That is something I'll find strange.

I am really sorry you are still waiting since your 12 September order. I appreciate you like the clothes, and you should not have to rely on a bot for updates without hearing from us directly.

and mark it FAO CS Manager with your order number. I will check the status with the warehouse and courier then come back with a clear update.
