Their customer service stood out when I had an issue with a faulty Victron Cerbo GX-S; they quickly replaced it with a working unit. I also tried the Stormguard Aquacarrier Qlon Around Door Seal, which effectively stopped drafts in my old cottage, though clearer fitting instructions could help some users. I was pleased with the quick delivery and performance of LED drivers for my patio lights, and found a part night photo electric control at a great price, easy to install and of good quality. For a first-time user, their communication and delivery were impressive. Overall, Low Energy Supermarket provides excellent products and service, making it likely I will shop with them again. 4 stars!
