I have an issue with this company. I had purchased a membership to try out its AI images, but I wasn't satisfied with the output so I decided to cancel the monthly payment. Then this month I found out that they charged me for this month! So I tried to contact them, but there is no way I can contact them through the website!

1. Monthly payments can be directly closed on our platform by clicking the 'manage' button located in the upper left corner of the homepage and closing it in the subscription management.
