Not recommended at all!!!

This company is trying their best to make money through misleading their customers!! We will never rent their cars and we strongly recommend you consider other companies.
We had a voucher from Carflexi, and it specified we need to pay a certain amount of money at the counter (some was paid in advance)
A representative at the desk in Munich airport whose name is Yvonne told us we should get an excess waiver insurance. She pretended not to know that Carflexi sells this insurance to their customers, and she didn't bother asking us if we paid for such insurance already.
She tried to seem nice by reducing this extra cost for us and the total payable to them turned to be more than 30% higher from the quoted amount on the voucher!
I insisted that we paid already for such insurance through Carflexi and that I am not willing to pay this again.
I asked her to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager, but that was a lie because after a minute a man stepped out from the back office and helped fix this up, back to the amount it originally was.
All this frustrating experience also cost us over one hour, and we were late to check in (it was late in the evening after arranged check in time)
No one took us to the car and gave us minimal explanation, or went over existing damages. We took pictures of the car to be on the safe side.
Upon return of the car, there was also no representative to check the car! Representatives from other companies told us to leave the car with the key inside.
Although we had no damages to the car while we used it, we did not find this arrangement calming. We went to the counter and asked about this and they said that we can wait 1-2 hours for a representative to check the car or just leave the key inside as we were told.
They said that the car is being photographed upon leaving and entering the garage, but that is only from outside, so they can practically determine that you caused damage inside even if you didn't. That is Wong! As reliable customers, we did not appreciate that at all.
Additionally, we did not get a receipt for our payment until now! I can see the charge on my credit card, but I have no receipt, as required by law.
We chose Alamo because their online rating was very good. After this experience we understand the rating is absolutely wrong.
We do not recommend Alamo at all!

Lower price doesn't justify using their service

They are actually third party and it appears the communication between them and the actual rental companies does not exist.
We received a voucher from carflexi for our rental in our native language, which the rental company could not read and they either couldn't determine from the voucher or pretended not to be able to determine if we purchased an excess waiver insurance.
Carflexi did charge a certain amount in advance but it was not stated clearly on the voucher that it refers to this excess waiver insurance!
Due to this, we almost fell in a sale's trap to pay an extra substantial amount of money at the counter for an insurance we had already paid.
There was no one to approach at the time of rental regarding this.
It had cost us time and a lot of frustration!
So we will not use this company again.

Do not buy Elica hoods

I have an Elica Haiku 32 hood, it is a filter system.
It just makes noise and does not suck the steam from cooking! The steam spreads around it.
Customer service is terrible! It actually does not exist. Their local technician (there is only one country wide!) has no idea how to fix it, he said it is a problem with the design of the kitchen....
They ask for information, photos, video to explain the problem,
they write that they will check the problem but they send emails to close the case without any resolution.
So we just paid a lot of money for a hood that dies not work.
DON'T BUY ELICA!!!

DON'T BUY ELICA!! LOW GRADE, NON FUNCTIONAL HOODS, NO SERVICE!
