The computer I purchased keeps freezing up and I have to re-boot. This happens several times a day.
1 week later...
I must admit, that it's not so much the problem with the computer, but the follow-up service afterward that makes the difference. Which has been excellent-plus! It is hard for me to think of a time or company that can compete with their customer service!
They have definitely captured my business and word of mouth. I change this review to 6 stars!!
