I’m writing this to warn others: be very careful if you’re thinking of trading with Spreadex.

After making a profit of over £90,000, my account was suddenly suspended — right at the moment I was about to close my position and take my profit. Since then, I’ve asked repeatedly for a clear reason, but they haven’t given me one.

It turns out their contract includes vague discretionary terms that basically allow them to suspend your account whenever they choose, without any explanation. In my case, it feels like they used that to stop me from taking my profit.

I’ve now reported this to the regulators for investigation. And if anyone from Spreadex wants to challenge what I’m saying, I’m happy to make the evidence public.

This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing — I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

Please stay away from these people they owe me £90,000 in profit and a huge amount of principal. I have tried to resolve this amicably but these people are a rogue organisation. The ombudsman is looking into the matter. I will begin releasing proof. However, I wish to capture the stories of other people. Also, I’m not sure how but they have managed to rig the trustpilot system with lots of fake positive reviews.

I have been trying to obtain a series of documents from Baifumei which are standard documents of which any wholesaler should provide.These are copy of user manual, images of product packaging, test reports to back up the doc (and DOC). They have kept fobbing me off for over 3 months now. They keep giving me excuses and excuses. One such excuse was that they didnt see my email. There was also an instant where I paid for an item but didnt recieve the full amount until I had to contact them. Also, a rather annoying situation occurred where I ordered an item from Baifumei, and Baifumei did not have it in stock, they were unable to supply the Anua products. Instead of providing me with a refund, they simply provided me with a credit!! They refused to give me back my money. Once, I obtain these documents I do not think I will be proceeding with them - its a shambles.
