Terrible service, the company does actually resolve any issues so if you get something stolen or damaged they WON’T help, despite you paying 30% fee on top of the clean per hour. So MOVE ON and DON’T USE THEM! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I bought this iPad case back in September. When I tried to insert my iPad in it, the SCREEN CRACKED!!! I checked it twice, before and after buying, and it was the exact same model deemed suitable by the manufacturer. I had to pay over £100 to fix my screen, which of course, wasn’t compensated, given the terrible, inattentive service by ProCase. Shame on them. These cheap cases are not suitable for original iPads so move on and buy somewhere else, is my strong advice.
