Great company purchase from heat and plumb

Great company purchase from. I ordered the wrong size shower door initially and the staff were extremely helpful and patient whilst sorting out the issue. When the door arrived it had a small spring missing (not the sellers fault). I e-mailed them and they responded very quickly and arranged a new one to be posted from the manufacturer and kept me updated all the way through. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I placed an order on 9th September for an item that said 1-2 day delivery. I am still waiting for my item (7th November) despite me e-mailing them regularly and being fobbed off. I have asked for a refund but now the company are not responding to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
