Full Fibre Installation Feedback – Josh S

My full fibre installation was completed this morning by Josh S, who delivered an excellent service from start to finish.

He arrived ahead of the scheduled time slot and immediately began work on the cabling at the pole.

Josh introduced himself clearly and explained the purpose of the visit.

He provided details of the installation process and gave a realistic estimate of the time required.

The installation was carried out in the small upstairs bedroom.

Before entering, Josh put on protective shoe covers to avoid marking the carpet, showing consideration and professionalism.

The entire process took approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, during which Josh kept me informed of progress at each stage.

He ensured that any mess from drilling was thoroughly cleaned, leaving the area neat and tidy.

There was no paperwork, just two quick signatures on his device.

Overall, Josh was well presented, courteous, and showed great attention to detail throughout.
A credit to the team.

Clear, Helpful, and Hassle Free, Great Start with BRSK.

I recently signed up with BRSK and am currently awaiting my installation.

Before everything was set up, I had a few queries I wanted to clarify, so I called the number provided.

The phone system was simple, “press 1 for this, press 2 for that” and I was immediately connected to an advisor without any frustrating hold times or endless menus.

Gianni Petersen was the advisor I spoke with, and I couldn’t have asked for better support.
He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained the entire process in clear, straightforward terms.
No jargon, no confusion, just honest, helpful information.

First time ever having to make a claim…

First time ever having to make a claim and I was told it's a very long hard process with lots of paperwork to fill in and phone calls.
This was totally the opposite today when I had to make my claim. My claims handler June from ERS, made this a very simple process and hassle free, with no paperwork to fill out and all questions was done over the phone and only took around 30 minutes.
June has arranged everything for me from collecting the vehicle, organising the repair, arranging a courtesy vehicle and arranging for the vehicle back to be delivered back to me.
