Delivered to the wrong address

Delivered to the wrong address! Clear display of my address and the driver didn’t acknowledge the person standing outside of it and went and delivered it elsewhere. Very lucky I am friendly with my neighbours considering the price of the shoes I ordered!! Not impressed.

Amazing wax melts!!!

I have been buying from cosy for just over a year. However, I have been using their melts for about 3 years now (after raiding my mother’s stash). These wax melts are the best I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is brilliant and they cannot do enough to help you when needed. You can tell they really value their customers. The room sprays are amazing, very long lasting! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!
