Great customer representative

My customer representative, Matt Vailles was super helpful. He knew our need for connection to the internet was important. Having moved to a property with a Truespeed connection. He made the effort to check our case for activation whilst on annual leave. We now have a date in the very near future to get back online. Thanks Matt this is very much appreciated.

ERS claim handler - June Dennis she’s great.

ERS claim handler, June Dennis was super friendly and very helpful when we raised a claim on our insurance. After doing battle with two unhelpful people at PIB Insurance Brokers. It was a relief to finally speak with someone who cared. Many thanks June, you are a treasure.
