Marvin, who was my contact person is certainly one of the most qualified and knowledgable persons I’ve exchanged with on the topic of pension plans, after having spoken with several others. He provides technical advice without bias and leaves the autonomy to the person which I truly appreciated. The process was detailed and transparent, which I’m hopeful will continue to transpire in the next stages as well!

Unfortunately the voucher never really worked even though the customer service looked into it. The issue was said to be on the provider’s part whom I also reached but they couldn’t do anything. There should be a co-resolution point of contact.
