Pros: Prompt response. Courteous. Cons: Very expensive £210/hour. Plumber 1 was not properly briefed by the call handler and was unable to do anything when he arrived. Plumber 2 came the following working day (Monday) but without the part requested of Plumber 1.

Customer experience is important to us and we are sorry to hear that you found our service expensive. All of our customers are presented with a cancellation sheet that includes the scope of works, cost and terms and conditions before any work commences. By signing the cancellation sheet you are agreeing to the the terms set out and we will only carry out repairs once instructed by the customer. We are unsure what happened between plumber 1 & 2 but if you would like further details please call customer services on 0800 689 0808 and we will take a look into this for you.
